Do your prices include VAT?

• All prices on our website exclude 20% VAT, which is added during checkout for UK and EU orders. Countries out with the UK and EU do not pay VAT and full details can be found here

Who can order from your website?

• Anyone can buy from our website, from individuals to multinational companies.

What payment methods do you accept?

• Secure Online Checkout: Credit / Debit card e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

• Bank Transfer: We can send you a pro forma invoice along with our bank details to enable you to make payment electronically through your bank.

Which countries do you ship to?

• We deliver extensively throughout the UK and most European countries. We can also ship worldwide on request. Please see our delivery information page for full details.

What are your shipping costs and do you offer free delivery?

• Yes, UK delivery is free on all orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)

• UK orders under £75.00 (ex VAT):

  Over 2kg - £4.95

• Delivery (European Countries):
  Up to 5kg - £12.75
  Up to 25kg - £17.95

Do I receive an order confirmation after placing an order?

• Yes, an order confirmation email is sent to you as soon as the order is placed.

Can I track my order?

• Yes, we will email you with tracking details when your order is ready to be dispatched. There is also an option to request notification by SMS messenger when placing your order.

Do I receive a VAT invoice with my order?

• Yes, a copy of your VAT invoice will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

• Yes, our discounts vary depending on product type and order value. Please contact us with your requirements.
