Nikko Steel 310 Stainless Electrodes

Description

Rutile based Nikko Steel NSB-310 stainless steel electrodes can used in a wide variety of industries including petro-chemical, cryogenic, pharmaceutical, food and brewery.

The electrode delivers smooth weld beads, good slag removal and can be used on DC+ or AC (DC+ preferred).

Available in 2.5, 3.2 and 4.0mm diameters in 1kg, 4kg or 5kg packs.

Rod Diameter | Amps (A):
• 2.5 x 300mm: 65 – 100 A
• 3.2 x 350mm: 80 – 125 A
• 4.0 x 350mm: 120 – 170 A

If the electrodes become damp they should be re-baked at 150°C for 1 hour.
