Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, we are here to help.

Returning Items:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns up to 28 days after the date you received your order. To be eligible, simply return the new and unused item in the original packaging.

Please include a proof of purchase such as a packing slip, order confirmation or invoice with your item to enable us to quickly process your return.

Returns Shipping:
Shipping costs for returning unwanted, incorrectly ordered or cancelled items are paid by the customer and are non-refundable; however if the item you received is incorrect or faulty please contact us

Refunds:
All returned items are inspected on arrival and if approved we will authorise a full refund using the original payment method. Please note it can take up to 7 days for payment to clear, depending on your provider.
