CROS ARC PULSE MIG 370C AIR COOLED WITH DC TIG AND MMA FUNCTIONALITY

The Cros Arc 370C Pulse MF is a multi process welding inverter with MIG, Pulse MIG, DC Lift TIG and MMA processes available.  Well priced, this inverter by Cros Arc comes complete with a 4 metre euro fitting MIG torch, 3 metre earth lead and a gas hose. The high resolution colour screen provides a straight forward no nonsense user interface with a great range of functions.  Key features include switching between synergic and manual mode (MIG) as well as single and double pulse settings.  Other features include burn back adjustment and wire inching.

MIG WELDING

Primarily designed for MIG welding, the Cros Arc Pulse 370C Air Cooled Multi Process Inverter has a number of functions suitable for high quality MIG MAG welding.  Choose between MIG welding with solid wire and shielding gas or flux cored gasless welding wire.  The polarity of the electrode can easily be changed by connecting the fly lead at the front of the machine to either the positive or negative terminal.

The synergic QuickSet feature can be selected and the wire diameter and material plate thickness dialled in.  The machine then sets itself to pre determined welding parameters according to the wire and plate thicknesses ready for welding.  The wire feed speed and voltage can be tweaked with a press of the control knob.

BENEFITS OF PULSED MIG

By achieving a high peak current for a very short time, pulsed welding achieves an artificial spray arc, achieving very good weld characteristics, decreasing spatter, and achieving better penetration than conventional MIG welding.

Excellent for welding Stainless, Aluminium and thin materials.

DC LIFT TIG

This function can be used for TIG welding of ferrous materials using a DC current (when used with an optional TIG torch – please ask).  The argon shielding gas is controlled by a valve on the TIG torch, which by touching the tungsten electrode to the workpiece and lifting establishes an arc.

MMA WELDING

An optional electrode holder lead can be purchased to use the 370C for stick welding too.

An industrial Wire Feed assembly feeds wire consistently and reliably to allow the use of different wire sizes (see gallery image above). 0.6, 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2mm wires can be used
